Cancellation Policy
At BPKgolf, we value both your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best experience for all clients, we ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson will not incur any fees.
- Same-day cancellations for lessons scheduled at Westside Bunker will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee. This fee covers the cost of the reserved hitting bay, which is charged regardless of attendance.
- Clients who fail to attend their scheduled lesson without prior notice ("no-shows") will also be charged the $20 bay fee.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively while covering facility costs associated with reserved lesson times.

Amendments
The following additions, deletions, or changes are made to the above policy and are immediately effective on the date shown as the amendment date.
Currently there are no additions, deletions, or changes.
To the extent any of the provisions of the agreement are inconsistent with the provisions in these user amendments, the inconsistent provisions of the agreement are void and the provisions contained in these user amendments shall control.
No other provisions of the agreement shall be deemed changed by these user amendments, and all such unchanged provisions are incorporated by reference into these user amendments as if set forth in full and hereby ratified. This user amendment does not nullify the agreement.
